Value Creation and Sales Workshop

一周花了60%的时间在这个workshop上面,相当的充实. 虽然最后的certi上面workshop显得更加有亲和力,但我还是认为用training这个词比较号. Dr Tan讲的不错,整个课程的编排和内容都不错;瑕不掩瑜,两天的game的规则设计欠佳,场景控制不够好,第三天的case study时间太紧.
 
学到的东西可以用两句话来概括:
1. 可以从supply chain挣钱,信息很重要;
2. Sales卖的不是产品也不是服务,而是价值.
 
发现讨价还价虽然土的跟菜场一样,但是做一个金牌sales还是挺刺激的.
一方面,我们谈的是价值不是价钱,另一方面,客户challenge的还是价钱,真矛盾啊…
